Radiant Home Breath
Place one hand softly on your heart and the other on your lower belly.
Let your breath find its own rhythm — no counting, no forcing.
On each exhale, feel the warmth of your hands meeting your skin, offering a quiet hello to any place that has been carrying weight.
Notice if even the smallest spark of softness, warmth, or ease is already present.
Let it grow naturally, like a tiny flame being breathed into life.
Stay as long as your body wants — even a minute can create a deep shift.
Rainbow Flow Release
Sit or stand comfortably, feet flat on the floor.
Gently tap the tops of your toes and soles for 30 seconds to wake up the energy there.
Slowly roll your ankles in circles, then sway your hips side to side like a soft wave.
Imagine a gentle rainbow light starting at your feet and rising through your body on each inhale.
On the exhale, let any heavy sensation melt down and out through your feet.
Finish with a big, joyful sigh — feel the lightness that follows.
Inner Child Hug & Gentle Belly Circle
Cross your arms and give yourself a soft hug — one hand on each shoulder.
With the other hand (or a soft object like a spoon or crystal), make slow, loving circles around your belly button — clockwise for one minute, then counterclockwise.
Whisper inside: “I see you. I’ve got you now. You are safe to feel joy.”
Notice any emotion or sensation that rises — simply welcome it like a child coming home.
