About

Welcome

I’m Isobel Iris Joy, and I’m here to walk beside you on a gentle, body-centered path of healing. Through somatic reconditioning, we listen together to what your body already knows — the sensations, breath, and wisdom that have always been there. We gently release what has been held for so long, restore the body’s natural rhythm of ease and presence, and welcome back the aliveness, warmth, and love that are yours by right. This is sacred, compassionate work.
I am honored to be part of your journey.

Why This Work Matters to Me

I believe the body is wise, resilient, and sacred. It holds everything — the memories, the protection, the longing for freedom and joy. When we meet it with patience and kindness, it naturally softens, opens, and remembers how to live with lightness and delight.

My own path has shown me how powerful it is to feel truly at home in the body again — to breathe deeply without effort, to feel warmth where there was once tension, to rediscover joy that feels effortless rather than earned. I bring that lived experience, along with my training and certification in somatic reconditioning, to every session. I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported exactly as you are.

What You Can Expect

Sessions are gentle and led by your body’s own pace. We begin with simple awareness — noticing breath, grounding, or a place of ease. From there, your system guides us: perhaps a subtle movement, a longer exhale, or simply resting in presence. There is no pressure to share stories, revisit the past, or feel anything you’re not ready for.

All sessions are audio-only via Zoom — no video, no need to be seen on screen. This keeps your personal space completely private and safe, letting you focus fully on your inner experience (you can be in pajamas, under a blanket, lying down — whatever feels most nurturing).

My Training & Approach

I am certified and trained in somatic reconditioning, with a deep commitment to this body-centered path. My work is rooted in compassion, safety, and the belief that healing happens when the body feels truly met — not pushed, not analyzed, but lovingly witnessed.

This is complementary support — not a replacement for medical or mental health care. If you’re in crisis or need specialized mental health support, please reach out to appropriate professionals.
